Jack Kelleher, Jr.
Former President – MidAmerican Energy Services
Jack Kelleher is the former senior executive of the Berkshire Hathaway Energy non-regulated retail energy services subsidiary, MidAmerican Energy Services.
As company President, he successfully led the organization through its start-up, growth, and mature business cycles. When he assumed the role, the start-up organization had no pathway to profitability and was under threat of business closure. At his departure, the organization had delivered $500M cumulative EBITDA and an 11.0% EBITDA CAGR, serving a customer base acquired and retained entirely via organic customer origination strategies. Ninety-seven percent of customers recommended the organization as a retail energy service provider.
Leading an organization that annually managed millions of customer billing and wholesale cost of goods sold transactions involving billions of dollars, Jack invested company earnings into business system, process automation and utility data analytic initiatives to assure a high quality, efficient business model performance.Read More
Jack joins the EOS team as an enthusiastic supporter of the company business vision, which is to deliver better, actionable insights on existing utility data via its technology platform. The EOS market opportunity is the 152M electric utility customers and the 3,300 electric utility load serving entities where $400B is exchanged annually for services provided. Both sides are looking to spend that money smarter, more efficiently, with cleaner generation resources; the EOS Labs utility data analytics engine and information dashboard delivers insights to deliver high quality, cost effective, successful outcomes for both sides.
